They aimed to launch their inaugural Founders’ Club as a cornerstone of their sales reward strategy—setting a high standard for future incentive programs and reinforcing long-term loyalty.
The Solution
Design an incentive travel program that recognizes and celebrates the company’s top performers. Our goal was to curate an unforgettable retreat that felt both intimate and luxurious—blending relaxation, adventure, and connection to create a meaningful experience that rewarded excellence and inspired continued success.

The Approach
With clear objectives—boost sales and enhance employee engagement within budget—we turned our attention to selecting the ideal destination and crafting a compelling itinerary.
Considering the client’s sales team, aged 28 to 45 and spread across the U.S. and internationally, we prioritized accessibility, excitement, and a variety of activities.
Nassau, The Bahamas, and specifically the Baha Mar Resort, emerged as the perfect fit. This luxury resort on Cable Beach featured three oceanfront hotels, a casino, water park, wildlife sanctuary, and diverse dining and nightlife options. Its proximity to the U.S., direct flights, English-speaking locals, and use of U.S. currency simplified logistics.
Once the location was secured, we designed a 5-day, 4-night program blending structured activities with free time.
Highlights included a private catamaran cruise with snorkeling, a guest-choice activity day, and formal networking events like a Welcome Reception with live flamingos and a “Walk of Fame” final dinner.
