The Challenge

A client encountered newly imposed budget constraints when selecting their next destination. They sought to maintain the same richness of experience as previous years and to minimize the company’s cultural impacts of trimming the budget.

Our team helped the client to understand their program costs by putting them into a variety of contexts – annual, categorical, industry, and cross-event. This thorough and clearly outlined breakdown helped them to arrive at what had become a very difficult decision.

We utilize a leading industry platform, Cvent, to securely share real-time data via weblink, allowing clients to view, download, and edit reports.

Through partnerships with multiple air ticketing companies, we negotiate competitive pricing and tailor reporting levels to client needs.

Additionally, we provide direct fi le-sharing links, for collaborative documents, including budgets and participant tracking, through Microsoft and Google platforms.

We provide well-digested data regularly throughout our planning process and we maintain records, which remain a valuable tool available to our clients several years after operation.
